»»WEBSITE ADMINISTRATION
Once your site is up and running you will need to choose between one of two things! To employ a Website Administrator or to have us do your website administration for you. Administration involves updating the pages of your website whenever necessary, thinking creatively about how to modify the content as well as the look of your site, adding more pages as you expand, creative thinking on the possibility of generating some income from your site, website promotion like making sure your site is always found using search engines like google, yahoo, msn, ASK, and much, much more! All this is the work of knowledgeable persons. Once you've got yourself an administrator, we will work with them to turn your website affairs over to them. Until you find it fitting to employ such a person, we can do your site administration for you. The cost for site administration will depend on how regularly your site is updated, the number of pages that need to be updated regularly as well as the nature of your site i.e. whether it is commercial or non-commercial. Kindly note that a yearly administration fee of $210 and $350 for static and dynamic websites respectively (which is far less than you would pay a professional website administrator monthly) plus a per page per update fee of $7 is charged. Please note that in each case the yearly administration fee is mandatory regardless of whether there are any pages updated or not. Page additions are charged $7. Kindly let your potential website administrators know that we standardize all our websites on Adobe Dreamweaver the international premier web development software. We do also train web administrators. Please refer to our Training Page for details of training.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:The development of a website takes time. Depending on the number of pages you need your site to have, and depending on the number of clients' sites we are designing at the moment, it may take from 5-21 days to a couple of months to get your site designed, reviewed by you, edited and out to the world. We make every effort to use as little time as necessary without compromising professionalism, creativity and site elegance.
We design your site and send you a CD with the site documents. There you can review your site and advise us on anything unsatisfactory to you and any changes you need us to make to your site. This happens until you are satisfied. A deposit of 50% on the site design cost above is required after the first review. After the last review and your advice to us to go ahead and transfer the site to INSight WebHost, you will be kindly required to pay INSight WebHost directly (in which case domain registration/hosting fees will be excluded from fees above) or simply make payment to us and we take care of everything for you. Kindly note that the hosting payment rates and plans are different from the site designing cost above and can be viewed by visiting INSight WebHost's website.
Once your site is up and running, you will be required to pay the balance of 50% on site designing. Please kindly note that there will be no refunds once we have designed your site as agreed.
Your yearly site administration fee will be payable at the beginning of the next 12-months from the start of the second year after we publish your site. This implies no administration fees are charged for the first year. All your site management will be free to you in the first year of your site.
You will be invoiced for site updates every after an update.
Kindly note also that your site will have the credit note "Site Design by Creative Moments" and other relevant credit notes in the footer of your pages.
Our advice on choosing a hosting plan is that most sites if well designed use up space well below 1GB, unless they have lots of unoptimized graphics, sound and/or video files. Therefore you do not need to spend money on large storage hosting plans unless your site's size will grow to that. INSight WebHost's 15GB (15000MB) hosting plan should suit most websites and leave much room for expansion.
